 Mission of the role: Generate new business opportunities for the Company

 Success Outcomes

  • Learn the Product at a high level by end of the 1st week
  • Schedule at least 12 appointments in a month


Job responsibilities

  • Identify the best practices for targeted lead-generation
  • Contact and qualify potential leads through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, etc.
  • Set up meetings between prospects and the sales team
  • Manage leads through the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and supporting materials for sales calls, and following up on leads
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Provide regular reports on prospecting activities and results
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to align prospecting strategies with the company's business objectives.

Job requirements

  • 1+ years experience selling B2B software solutions
  • Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English.
  • Fluent in working with various CRM systems.
  • Effective communication skills, the ability to establish business relationships.
  • Result-oriented and focused on continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborative nature and getting-things-done approach.
  • Experience in creating effective email marketing campaigns for cold outreach.
  • Helicopter view and involvement
  • Intelligence – Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
  • High Standards – Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best
