 Success Outcomes: 4 Approved Specifications per a week

Job Responsibilities

  1. Specifications (60%)
  • Author Specifications for Road Map Tasks.
  • Organize specifications review meetings and ensure the team delivers on specs. We should target to approve 4 specifications per week
  1. Release and Feature Planning (20%)
  • Research industry / competing products
  • Engage with Customers, Partners, and the Sales Engineer to identify product opportunities.
  • Host Product Advisory Board meeting before every release and share the plan and get input
  • Work with the Client Success team to prioritize CFRs.
  • Finalize the release plan and all included specifications by the cutover date. The R&D team will review the plan during the stabilization week.
  1. Product Marketing (20%)
  • Release News Letter / Webinar Email
  • Product Video Snippets (new and exciting features)
  • Integration Videos
  • Work with Marketing to post on Social Media, Blogs
  • Attend 1 or 2 tradeshows
  • Host meetings/webinars with Analysts to showcase the product roadmap

 Job Requirements

  • Technical background (computer science/engineering)
  • Understanding software development methodologies, architecture and technology stacks.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines and communicate effectively and accurately to key stakeholders and team members.
  • Proven Track record of success in product management roles preferably within ERP, HCM, HRIS software.
  • English B2 or higher (especially technical English);
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility and meticulousness in your work
  • Helicopter view and involvement
  • Intelligence – Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
  • High Standards – Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best
  • Attention to detail – Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project
