  • Learn the software at a high level by end of the 1st week;
  • Understand all our QA procedures by end of the 1st week;
  • Takes pride in ensuring that functionality that is being tested meets the highest standards and not just works according to the specifications;
  • Emotionally attached to the success of clients by ensuring that they never have to endure bugs in the software.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of successful experience in a similar role;
  • Good hard skills in testing web applications;
  • Helicopter view and involvement;
  • Intelligence – Learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information;
  • High Standards – Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best;
  • Attention to detail – Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
