- Learn the software at a high level by the end of the 1st week;
- Understand all the products and services offered by the end of the 1st month;
- Begin content creation by week 2.

Job responsibilities
- Create, curate and uplift documentation for Company products, including overviews, task-based guides, API definitions, and tutorials;
- Work closely with various teams to gain deep understanding of the products and services offered, and translate complex technical information into simple, accurate, engaging content for both internal and external audiences;
- Research, create, and maintain documentation templates for internal and external documentation that adhere to organizational standards;
- Define standards and processes for creating and publishing internal and external documentation.
Job requirements
- Higher Technical Education;
- At least 1 year of technical writer experience;
- Ability to gather, analyze, and structure information;
- Experience in creating technical and procedural documentation in a user-friendly language;
- English С1 or higher (especially technical English);
- Analytical thinking, responsibility, and meticulousness in your work;
- Helicopter view and involvement;
- Intelligence – learns quickly. Demonstrates ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information;
- High standards – expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best;
- Attention to detail – does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
