Senior Sales Manager, Remote

Company - client is a European boutique IT systems integrator with a Russian-speaking team, registered in Cyprus. The company operates across cloud infrastructure, web security, web delivery, and hardware.

Company  is a premium partner of leading global vendors, including Google, IBM, Cloudflare, and Dell. The company also has a subsidiary in the USA and Canada. Its clients are worldwide, primarily in the gaming, gambling, advertising, and fintech sectors.

Mission of the role: Generate new business opportunities for the Company

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent;
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a BDM or Sales Manager in IT sales;
  • Strong track record in active hunting and closing deals, ideally within cloud infrastructure, web security/delivery, or IT SaaS solutions;
  • Experience managing deals in the $100–300k range per year;
  • Well-established professional network in one or more target industries;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM platforms;
  • Willingness to travel internationally

 Nice to have / Will be a plus:

  • Experience working at major IT vendors, vendor partner companies, or tech startups;
  • Familiarity with AI tools;
  • Knowledge of additional languages;
  • Residence in the EU.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients - actively generate new business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline - track opportunities and follow up consistently;
  • Manage CRM records (Zoho) for accurate reporting and pipeline visibility;
  • Close deals successfully - convert opportunities into signed contracts;
  • Meet deadlines and achieve sales targets - consistently deliver on assigned quotas;
  • Travel: Up to 20% of the time, primarily in Europe, with occasional trips to the USA and Asia

Goals for the first 3- 6 months:

  • Successful onboarding through active collaboration with the team, thorough understanding of the product portfolio, and target customer profile;
  • Deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio (various vendors and services) and how these solutions bring value to clients
  • Building and developing own client pipeline;
  • Closing deals generating at least $100k in margin;

  Goals for 12 months:

  • Achieving an annual margin of $300–400k

Bonus structure:

- earn a percentage of margin on each closed deal once quarterly targets are met

- quarterly targets are set proportionally to the annual plan

- ongoing commission on client payments - bonus continues as long as the client pays for services

- unlimited bonus potential – no upper cap;
