Senior Sales Manager (Cloudflare) Remote

Mission of the role: Hunt and close. Leverage Company’s multi-vendor portfolio to solve mission-critical challenges for industry leaders.

We are looking for

  • The Networker: Strong, high-level personal network within iGaming / FinTech. Someone who thrives in the Digital Native ecosystem.
  • The Expert: You understand infrastructure, web performance, or you have a solid background in selling other IT products. More important willingness to dive deep and master new complex technologies fast.
  • The Closer: Proven track record of hitting aggressive targets.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent;
  • 7+ years of proven experience as a BDM or Sales Manager in IT sales preferably in iGaming / FinTech;
  • Strong track record in active hunting and closing deals, ideally within cloud infrastructure, web security/delivery, or IT SaaS solutions;
  • Experience managing deals in the $100–300k range per year;
  • Well-established professional network in one or more target industries;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken);
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM platforms;
  • Willingness to travel internationally

 Nice to have / Will be a plus:

  • Experience working at major IT vendors, vendor partner companies, or tech startups;
  • Familiarity with AI tools;
  • Knowledge of additional languages;
  • Residence in the EU (Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Spain, UAE — or any hub where the industry's key players situated.)

 Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients - actively generate new business opportunities;
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline - track opportunities and follow up consistently;
  • Manage CRM records (Zoho) for accurate reporting and pipeline visibility;
  • Close deals successfully - convert opportunities into signed contracts;
  • Meet deadlines and achieve sales targets - consistently deliver on assigned quotas;
  • Travel: Up to 20% of the time, primarily in Europe, with occasional trips to the USA and Asia

Goals for the first 3- 6 months:

  • Successful onboarding through active collaboration with the team, thorough understanding of the product portfolio, and target customer profile;
  • Deep understanding of the company’s product portfolio (various vendors and services) and how these solutions bring value to clients
  • Building and developing own client pipeline;
  • Closing deals generating at least $100k in margin;

Goals for 12 months:

  • Achieving annual margin of $300k
