Scope of responsibilities
We are looking for a practical person who:
- Improve the efficiency of the Professional Services team.
- Able to motivate and engage team members and clients in a professional manner to get things done
- Has analytical mind and ability to understand tech tasks to some extent
COMPETENCIES
Job requirements:
- 2-5 years of project management experience, including:
- extensive experience in successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Experience in implementing new projects and processes
- Excellent command of the English language
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Creativity/innovation – Able to generate new and innovative approaches to problems
- Organization and planning – Capable of planning, organizing, scheduling, and budgeting in an efficient and productive manner, with a focus on key priorities
- Experience with HCM/SaaS would be an advantage
