Job Purpose: We're looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to harness digital expertise and lead Criterion’s digital/growth marketing initiatives with energy and precision. This role focuses on driving high-value, high-engagement strategies such as personalized marketing, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and customer-led growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and thrives on developing and executing impactful marketing strategies using state-of-the-art tools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ABM /Personalization Expertise: Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing strategies to drive B2B engagement and conversions
- Digital Leadership: Manage our online presence across marketplaces, partner sites and digital platforms, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand image and messages.
- Analytics Mastery: Analyze marketing data/competitors to refine strategies, providing actionable insights to marketing and sales teams to enhance performance.
- AI Integration: Champion the use of AI tools across the team, improving efficiency and scalability in our marketing efforts.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing for reach and return on investment.
- Social Media Execution: Oversee all social media activities, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with current trends.
- Content Oversight: Manage the production of diverse content formats, such as blog posts, videos, and live streams, that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with various teams to ensure marketing plans are integrated with overall business goals.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively to maximize impact.

- Analytics Expert: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and prospect engagement, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing programs.
- Collaboration Lead: Work closely with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and promotions. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to unify branding and messaging across all channels.
