How long does the process take from initial contact to the hired candidates first day?

A standard vacancy, with a candidate located in the Ukraine or CIS and 14 days’ notice period, will typically be complete and in place in a month. More unusual roles, hiring outside the region, senior \ unique positions, or a lengthy internal hiring process can affect this timeframe. Your MirIT recruitment consultant will agree with you a specific time frame for your vacancy based on your requirements.

How long does the process take from initial contact to the first CVs sending?

First candidates for the standard vacancy you will get within 48 - 72 hours form the moment of order placement. CVs of senior candidates or candidates with unique skill set you will normally get within a week time.
