On behalf of our client - a serial IT entrepreneur and shareholder based in the USA - we are seeking a Personal / Family Assistant to support a family of four with day-to-day personal, household, travel, and family coordination needs on a full-time remote basis.
Engagement: Full-time, long-term commitment, with a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with New York business hours.
Main Responsibilities
- Approximately equal split between business-related and family support responsibilities (50% / 50%)
- Ordering household items and supplies
- Scheduling appointments (medical, salon, home, and vehicle maintenance)
- Coordinating travel and vacations (flights, hotels, car services, and working with travel agents as needed)
- Assisting with family events, birthdays, and celebrations, including booking venues and reservations
- Arranging transportation as needed
- Handling miscellaneous personal and household tasks as they arise
- Managing bill payments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable with strong follow-through
- Resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Positive attitude and flexible mindset
- Comfortable using common tools such as Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent English
