Marketing and Executive Assistant, Remote

Marketing (25 hours per week)

  • Tradeshow Management (Register, Travel, Booth, Artwork, Swags)
  • Website Content Updates
  • Social Media Updates
  • Retarget Ad Management
  • Paid Lead Management
  • Co-ordinate activities across agencies, CMO, and internal teams

Executive Assistant (15 hours per week)

  • CEO Email and Slack review
  • Research social media and PRs from competitors and prepare a weekly report for the CEO to review
  • Business and personal travel planning

Job requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably with software products
  • Business management skills
  • Attentiveness to details, diligence
  • Good communication skills in English

  • Communication – Speaks and writes clearly and articulately without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication, including e-mail
