Responsibilities

  • Collect data from customers and load into the system
  • Configure the software according to customer’s requirements
  • Review specifications from customers for integrations and work with the development team in ensuring that these are completed timely

Job requirements:

  • Experience working in implementation of ERP Software
  • Knowledge of Excel and SQL

 Success Outcomes

  • Understand implementations playbook by end of 1st week
  • Learn Criterion HCM software by end of 1st month
  • High accuracy in configuration/implementation of software
  • Ensure that project timelines are met
