Responsibilities
- Collect data from customers and load into the system
- Configure the software according to customer’s requirements
- Review specifications from customers for integrations and work with the development team in ensuring that these are completed timely
Job requirements:
- Experience working in implementation of ERP Software
- Knowledge of Excel and SQL
Success Outcomes
- Understand implementations playbook by end of 1st week
- Learn Criterion HCM software by end of 1st month
- High accuracy in configuration/implementation of software
- Ensure that project timelines are met
